Membership Terms & Conditions

• I hereby declare the above information to be true and correct including that I am 18 years or older and agree to be bound by the Club constitution and by-laws.
• All financial Club Members who are 18 years of age or older are eligible for membership.
• Issuance of a membership card to you is not an acceptance of your application for membership.
• It is the member’s responsibility to promptly notify the Club in writing:
  • Of any change in your address; and
  • If your membership card is lost, stolen, damaged or misused in any way.
    If you do not want to be part of the Rewards program.
• I consent to receive marketing materials and other offers from the Club including but not limited to prize draws, promotions, entertainment food, beverage, gaming and the members Rewards program. At any time, I will be able to opt out of marketing communications.

I am aware that:

• Proof of age/verification may be called upon at anytime at the discretion of Management,
• Replacement membership cards may incur a fee at the discretion of Management.
• Player activity statements are available upon request.
• My membership remains ‘provisional’ until approval by the Board of Directors.
• My membership may automatically renew for 1 year if enough points are available on my membership card.
• Membership is not transferrable and the fee, or any part thereof is non-refundable.
• I agree to the participation in the loyalty program is subject to the loyalty program Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time).
